Financial Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a

Financial Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Enthusiastic – Accurate – Proactive
Location: Heythuysen, The Netherlands 24–32 hours per week

Do you ensure our administration is just as reliable as our measuring instruments?

As the right hand of our Finance Director, you will help maintain an accurate and efficient financial administration while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes. In addition, you will support our technical department with various administrative tasks.

What will you do?

  • Manage the company’s financial administration.
  • Process incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist with export documentation and insurance claims.
  • Support periodic financial closings and tax returns.
  • Perform financial reconciliations, verify administrative records and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain data within our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely registration while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.
  • Act as a back-up for order administration and invoicing for both our service and trading activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the technical department where required.

Your profile

  • MBO Level 4 working and thinking level (or equivalent), preferably in Financial Administration or Accounting.
  • Accurate, structured and able to work independently.
  • Open to change, proactive and a team player.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system is an advantage.
  • Good command of Dutch and a reasonable command of English and German.
