The Hobo U12-015 stainless steel temperature datalogger is ideal for food, pharmaceurical, aturoclaaf and other applications where highly accurate temperature data is critical. With its foodgrade, stainless steel houding and wide range (-40 tot 125 ° C), the U12-015 can withstand process conditions from pasteurization to fast freezing an rinsing. Because of this, the U12-0015 is suitable for high temperatures ans underwater applications.
