Milesight WT303 / WT304 LoRaWAN Smart Fan Coil Thermostat for Intelligent HVAC Control

The Milesight WT303 and WT304 are advanced LoRaWAN® smart fan coil thermostats designed to control heating, cooling, and ventilation in 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil systems. They support both traditional and EC fans, making them suitable for a wide range of HVAC applications.

Equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors, the thermostats continuously monitor indoor conditions and provide accurate, real-time control. The 2.7-inch E-ink display clearly shows environmental data and system status, ensuring excellent readability with minimal power consumption.

With LoRaWAN® connectivity, the WT303/WT304 enable long-range wireless communication and centralized management via gateways and building management systems. This allows for remote control, monitoring, and optimization of HVAC performance across multiple zones or buildings.

The thermostats support advanced features such as scheduling, open window detection, freeze protection, and keycard integration, helping reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort.

The WT303 is designed for on/off valve control, while the WT304 additionally supports 0–10V proportional valves and EC fans, offering greater flexibility for more complex HVAC systems.
