The labmaster Neo is a robust Aw meter with a full cooling and heating function in the measuring chamber to measure the entire AW range very accurately and quickly.
This makes this meter suitable for measuring from dry powders to wet products such as meat and fresh meals.
Link to LIMS / PC and a complete audit rail is integrated in this functional system. With the included reusable calibration salts, you have no operating costs throughout the year with this meter. The labmaster Neo meets the ISO18787 and FDA 21CFR Part11 requirements.
It is a multifunctional system where you can determine isotherms but also graphically track the AW values. With the labmaster Neo you have Lysteria and salmonella under control, you can control the lumps of products and raw materials and you can prevent recalls.
