Meet Job Windhorst, our Finance Director and the person responsible for HR at Pedak. With his calm, thoughtful and dedicated approach, Job ensures not only the financial stability of the company, but also a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Job is always available for a conversation and takes the time to listen and think along. His open attitude and genuine attention create a positive, safe and collaborative atmosphere where colleagues can grow and work together effectively.

Outside of Pedak, you will often find Job on the tennis court — a sport he greatly enjoys and where he likes to challenge himself. He is also an enthusiastic Ajax supporter and loves spending time in the mountains during ski season.
