Service & Planning Employee (24–32 hours)
Team-Oriented – Detail-Oriented – Strong Communicator
Are you a proactive organizer who maintains oversight, brings structure, and ensures smooth processes? Then we’re looking for you! In this versatile role, you’ll support both our sales department and the planning and administration of our technical services.
What Will You Do?
You’ll be responsible for various administrative processes, focusing on customer contact, planning, and maintenance contracts. Specifically, this includes:

Planning our service and maintenance activities, both internally and externally

Ensuring that technical colleagues and customers are well-prepared for scheduled visits (such as access instructions, necessary materials, and documentation)

Managing contact information, appointments, and recurring customer obligations
-
Processing administration related to the sending and receiving of products
-
Monitoring deadlines and following up on agreements with customers and suppliers

Managing maintenance contracts in collaboration with the sales and technical departments
-
Processing quotations, orders, and invoices in our ERP system
You’ll work closely with colleagues from order processing, technical, and sales departments, supporting each other during absences to ensure continuity.
What Do We Ask of You?

You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a similar field. If you’ve achieved this level through experience, we encourage you to apply!

You work in a structured manner and can plan and organize effectively

You have experience with digital systems (ERP or similar)

You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
-
You’re proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
